Job summary

MTR Corporation Limited 香港鐵路有限公司 is seeking a capable supervisor to lead a team of supervisors and technical staff, overseeing maintenance and engineering activities of signalling or telecom systems and radio networks.

You will monitor equipment performance to sustain train service reliability, coordinate with stakeholders, oversee asset management and maintenance contracts, and lead the Rapid Response Unit for instant service recovery.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• A minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience, of which 2 years should be at supervisory level
• Possession of Corporate Membership of the Institution of Railway Signal Engineers (IRSE) or other professional institutions is preferred

• Lead a team of supervisors and technical staff to manage maintenance and engineering activities of signalling or telecom systems / radio and telecom network systems
• Monitor and improve equipment performance to sustain a high level of train service reliability
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to organise and control engineering works for service improvements
• Oversee asset management, system performance reviews, modification works as well as maintenance contract supervision
• Lead the Rapid Response Unit to perform instant service recovery

Remarks
