Qualifications
Experience in the supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of major telecommunications networks in railway environment.
Knowledge and experience in signalling, communication, and low voltage power supply systems preferred.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
Responsibilities
Provide and verify connections and installation work of signalling and communication systems.
Prepare contract documents and support technical assessments from consultants and contractors.
Review and comment on safety management plans and site submissions.
Ensure site works are carried out safely and comply with regulations.
Supervise site installation to ensure conformance to designs and standards.
Witness testing and commissioning of installed equipment.
Conduct site safety inspections and pre-work briefings.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
Education
Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering or a related discipline
