Qualifications

• Experience in the supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of major telecommunications networks in railway environment.
• Knowledge and experience in signalling, communication, and low voltage power supply systems preferred.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Provide and verify connections and installation work of signalling and communication systems.
• Prepare contract documents and support technical assessments from consultants and contractors.
• Review and comment on safety management plans and site submissions.
• Ensure site works are carried out safely and comply with regulations.
• Supervise site installation to ensure conformance to designs and standards.
• Witness testing and commissioning of installed equipment.
• Conduct site safety inspections and pre-work briefings.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
