Job summary

Make The Right Call in Hong Kong is seeking a customer service-oriented individual for a contract-based role at multiple locations (Tai Po, Kwun Tong, Mong Kok). The candidate will handle electricity supply inquiries, follow up with customers, and actively promote digital services while delivering appliance advice in stores.

The ideal candidate has HKCEE/DSE or above, with fresh graduates welcome, and strong English/Chinese skills (Mandarin a plus).

Qualifications

• HKCEE/ DSE or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Prior Customer Service experience is highly preferred.
• Customer-focused with a positive working attitude and pleasant demeanor.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive, efficient customer service for electricity supply applications and inquiries.
• Follow up with customers to ensure timely responses and service delivery.
• Proactively cross-sell and up-sell digital services and products to customers.
• Deliver advisory services on electrical appliances in stores.
• Promote Energy Efficiency and Conservation initiatives at Customer Service Centres or designated locations.
• Perform general centre operations, inventory management, and other administrative duties.
