Job summary

OCBC is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead end-to-end renovation projects for commercial, retail, office and branch premises. You will plan, coordinate, monitor budgets, timelines and quality, collaborating with internal stakeholders, consultants and vendors to deliver aligned results.

You should have a higher diploma or above in a relevant field and at least five years of project management experience in retail/office settings.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• At least 5 years of project management experience in retail/office/branch.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end renovation projects for commercial, retail, office and branch premises, ensuring timely delivery.
• Support project governance, including tender prep, procurement coordination, cost control and budget monitoring.
• Collaborate with PSD Project Lead, internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors and vendors.
• Organize and facilitate project meetings to align requirements and track progress.
• Ensure all activities follow internal processes and obtain required approvals.
• Maintain accurate project cost tracking, variation records and progress updates.
• Manage project records and documentation for audit, regulatory and internal reviews.
• Independently manage and complete assigned tasks while delivering solutions aligned with guidelines.
