The Executive Centre in Hong Kong is seeking a Senior Manager - Project Management to join our Capital Development team. You will lead office fitout projects, coordinate with contractors and stakeholders, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 years of project management experience, a background in office fitouts, and strong Mandarin communication. You will drive project success with leadership and strategic oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 years in project management with office fitout focus.
• Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop project plans, set goals, and ensure timely execution of office fitout projects.
• Manage project budgets and allocate resources within constraints.
• Maintain regular stakeholder communication with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
• Identify risks, develop contingencies, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Lead and motivate project teams and foster collaboration.
• Ensure project documentation and reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry best practices.
