Job summary

Recruit Express (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a detailed Loan Admin Officer to handle end-to-end loan administration, including mortgage, personal and card loan processing. Located in Kowloon/Causeway Bay/Kwun Tong, the role requires a Higher Diploma or above in business/finance, plus experience in loan operations and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines.
• Experience in loan administration, loan processing, mortgage operations or consumer lending.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end loan administration and loan processing duties.
• Review loan applications and supporting documents to ensure completeness and accuracy.
• Process Mortgage Loans, Personal Loans and Credit Card Loan applications - different teams focus on different loans.
• Follow up with customers regarding application status and outstanding documents.
• Perform document verification, data checking and system input.
• Support loan drawdown and related administrative procedures.
• Ensure all loan processing activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with internal departments to facilitate smooth processing of loan applications.
