Job summary

Precision Engineering Company Limited is seeking a Project Coordinator/APM for high-end corporate fit-out projects to assist the Project Manager, ensuring schedule adherence and safe site practices. You will coordinate with architects, designers, consultants, clients, subcontractors and vendors, monitor progress, quality, and safety, and support seamless project delivery.

Fresh graduates welcome; English and Chinese proficiency required; AutoCAD knowledge preferred; year-end bonus and good

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Building Service Studies, Interior Design or Architecture.
• At least 3 years fit-out experience in high-end corporate office projects.
• Fresh graduates welcomed.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD preferred.
• Willing to learn and able to work under pressure on fast-track programmes.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist and report to Project Manager to ensure schedule compliance.
• Coordinate site activities with trades, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Monitor safety, quality, and progress of works on site.
• Manage project progress, quality, cost, and client relations.
