Job summary

Rebound Electronics in Hong Kong is seeking a Quality & Logistics Specialist to perform end-to-end operations across receiving, quality inspection, and shipping. The role includes training in warehouse operations and QA practices to ensure shipments meet manufacturer specs and customer requirements.

You will work with ERP systems to track inspection results, manage 'Pre-Sold' inventory, and coordinate with Sales and Logistics to resolve shipment issues while adhering to international trade

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in receiving/shipping/warehouse ops or QA (semiconductor preferred).
• Computer literate with Windows and MS Office.
• Familiar with ERP systems and processes.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process incoming shipments and deliveries.
• Perform detailed quality inspection on electronic components.
• Prepare, package, label, and dispatch outgoing orders.
• Maintain 'Pre-Sold' inventory; ensure export compliance.
• Coordinate with Quality and Sales Teams; document tests and findings.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments using ERP and carrier portals.
• Ensure adherence to international trade laws and export regulations.
