Job summary

CPJobs International in Hong Kong seeks a seasoned Quality Manager to lead the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, oversee incoming, in-process and final inspections for electronic components, and drive improvements across procedures and controls.

You will manage the QC team, review broker datasheets for technical compliance and authenticity, coordinate audits with customers and suppliers, and mentor staff while ensuring traceability and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of quality control/assurance experience in electronics.
• Proven experience in ISO 9001 and Quality Management Systems is essential.
• Experience in electronic component distribution, trading or sourcing is preferred.
• Good knowledge of incoming inspection, final inspection and product testing.
• Experience in reviewing electronic component datasheets.
• Knowledge of component authenticity, traceability and supplier evaluation.
• Experience coordinating audits (internal, customer, supplier or certification).
• ERP experience, preferably NetSuite; proficient in Microsoft Office and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead ISO 9001-related activities and maintain the QMS.
• Manage daily QC team and inspections of components.
• Review broker datasheets for technical compliance and authenticity.
• Maintain QC records, testing reports and supplier evaluations.
• Coordinate internal, customer, supplier and certification audits.
• Develop and update work instructions and SOPs.
• Lead, train and mentor the QC team; establish KPIs.
