Job summary

Phos Family Childcare Consulting Limited 童心嬰幼兒教育顧問 is seeking an Educational Psychologist with a research background in ADHD to provide comprehensive assessments and evidence-based interventions for children with SEN.

The role involves coordinating with families, schools, and other therapists to support optimal learning outcomes and developmental progress in diverse educational settings.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctoral degree in Educational Psychology or related disciplines from a recognized university.
• Minimum 2–3 years of clinical or school-based service experience preferred; fresh graduates with ADHD thesis considered.

Responsibilities

• Conduct psycho-educational, developmental, and neurodevelopmental assessments for children with focus on ADHD, ASD, and learning difficulties.
• Design and implement evidence-based behavioral, social-emotional, and executive-functioning intervention plans for students with SEN.
• Provide professional consultation and training for parents, teachers, and school personnel to foster supportive learning environments.
• Collaborate with speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators to deliver holistic care.
