Job summary

Hong Kong College of Technology (HKCT) is seeking a Marketing Officer to support branding and student recruitment campaigns. You will assist in content development for our website, social media and marketing materials, and help coordinate events and promotions across campuses.

The role requires a degree in marketing or related field and at least 2 years of marketing experience, preferably in education. Proficiency in English and Chinese is expected, with strong communication and project

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or related discipline.
• At least 2 years' working experience, including 1+ year in marketing or promotional work.
• Experience in digital marketing in education sector is an advantage.
• Familiar with social media management and content creation.
• Proficient with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or AI content tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AI productivity tools.
• Strong interpersonal and project coordination skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing institutional branding and student recruitment campaigns.
• Support content updates for websites, social media platforms and marketing materials.
• Support media publicity and branding projects.
• Coordinate production of publications, videos and promotional materials.
• Support student recruitment events, information days, exhibitions and outreach activities.
• Monitor campaigns and provide insights to optimize marketing.
• Collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to deliver marketing projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
