Job summary

Leadingnation in Hong Kong is hiring a sales-focused representative to guide prospective students through enrollment and hit targets. You will convert leads from Marketing into booked appointments and manage your pipeline in the CRM, while delivering excellent service.

The role requires native Cantonese with English and Mandarin proficiency, at least 1 year of sales experience in service industries, and a Diploma or degree.

Monthly Salary

HK$26,667 – HK$37,500 total compensation (base salary + competitive commission scheme)

What You\'ll Do

• Conduct consultations with prospective students and guide them to enrollment, hitting your personal sales target.
• Convert leads from the Marketing Team into booked appointments, and manage your pipeline in the CRM.

Retain Students

• Follow up regularly with current students and guide them through key course milestones.
• Drive renewals and referrals, and loop in the Service Team when students need extra support.

Report Results

• Track your results and report to your Center Director.
• Take part in ongoing sales and product training.

Your Profile

• Native or bilingual level Cantonese; proficient in English and Mandarin
• At least 1 year of sales experience (retail, fitness, travel, hospitality, or similar service industries)
• Diploma or degree holder
• Confident user of Microsoft Office
• Service-oriented, professional, and a strong communicator

Nice to Have

• Fluent in English
• Experience in the education, language, or English-language teaching industries

Schedule

• Center operates 7 days a week. Two days off per week based on the work schedule/roster.
