Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Finance or related disciplines.
• ECM / corporate finance / investment banking / equity research experience; fresh grads with relevant internships considered.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support senior bankers for client marketing initiatives, preparing presentation slides, pitch books and marketing materials.
• Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses using various methodologies including DCF, comparables, and other methods.
• Coordinate due diligence, documentation and liaison with stakeholders including external parties.
• Support execution of capital markets transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, CBs, and debt offerings.
• Prepare daily and weekly market updates and maintain databases.
