Supacaz, a high-performance cycling brand, seeks an E-commerce Specialist to manage and optimize online sales channels from Hong Kong SAR. You will set up product listings, ensure accurate content and pricing, and manage inventory and orders across Shopify, Amazon, and similar platforms.

You will monitor performance, analyze sales and traffic data, and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer experience.

Qualifications

• Analytical skills to interpret sales data, traffic metrics and customer behavior.
• Strong communication to collaborate across teams and convey information clearly.
• Customer service skills to manage inquiries and maintain a positive online shopping experience.
• Understanding of online sales funnels, promotions, and pricing strategies to drive revenue.
• Experience with digital marketing tools or campaigns for e-commerce is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Set up and maintain product listings on Shopify, Amazon or similar platforms.
• Monitor store performance and analyze sales data to improve conversion rates.
• Coordinate promotions with marketing and design teams and respond to customer inquiries.
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality merchandising across online channels.
