Clair Digital Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic e-commerce specialist to drive cosmetics store operations across Hong Kong. You will manage organic growth, build social media presence, and coordinate product listings with logistics partners.

The role blends marketing, business development and warehouse duties, requiring 1–3 years of relevant experience and Cantonese fluency. Hybrid work with onsite packing/shipping supports flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications or related discipline.
1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, business development or retail. Fresh graduates will also be considered.
Experience or strong interest in e-commerce platforms; Shopify preferred.
Social media experience with Instagram, Facebook, Rednote and/or TikTok preferred.
Cantonese fluency required, including writing; English working proficiency preferred.

Responsabilités

Drive end-to-end e-commerce store operations for cosmetics products across Hong Kong.
Develop and execute organic growth strategies to increase traffic, conversion and sales.
Manage and grow social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu and TikTok.
Create, adapt and schedule marketing content, product stories and campaigns for different markets.
Conduct market research to identify trends, partners, platforms and new business opportunities.
Support product listings, pricing, promotions and inventory coordination on Shopify.
Pack customer orders accurately and prepare parcels for shipment.
Use third-party shipping companies/couriers to arrange shipments, print shipping labels when necessary and track deliveries.
Track sales and marketing KPIs such as traffic, conversion, AOV, engagement and ROI.
Work closely with founders, suppliers and logistics partners.
