Job summary

Ant International in Hong Kong invites a senior banking/fintech professional to lead proposition development for e-Commerce clients, including lending and cash management solutions.

You will design new products, manage ecosystem partners for import/export financing, work with the Greater Bay Area team on cross-border initiatives, and translate market insights into actionable initiatives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines.
• Experience in Banking or Fintech with knowledge in lending, trade finance or e-Commerce.
• Proven delivery record under challenging time scales.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ownership of projects and changes.
• Excellent communication in English and Chinese (Cantonese/Mandarin).
• Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Drive the development of proposition for e-Commerce clients including lending, and cash management solutions.
• Lead the design of new products and manage e-Commerce ecosystem partners to cater financing needs for both import & export customers.
• Lead the design and operational rollout of dual factoring and/or refactoring programs.
• Collaborate with Greater Bay Area team to drive cross-border collaboration.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer data to identify trends, preferences, and needs.
• Work closely with the product team to ensure implementation on new initiatives to achieve business outcomes.
