Job summary

eTeam in Hong Kong is seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development professional to lead driver-partner onboarding seminars and manage frontline enquiries. You will convert leads, pitch value propositions, and host engaging presentations for large groups.

The ideal candidate has a proven sales track record, strong Cantonese–English communication, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Prior frontline CS experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in sales or business development with pitching and closing.
• At least 1 year of experience in the customer service industry.
• Preferably frontline CS experience.
• Fluency in Cantonese is a must; strong command of English is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Host regular onboarding seminars for prospective driver partners, delivering engaging presentations and pitching Uber's value propositions.
• Manage the front-line experience by handling face-to-face enquiries with a professional and helpful attitude.
• Proactively convert leads into active driver partners through effective sales techniques and product demonstrations.
• Outgoing and charismatic personality with a natural ability to connect with diverse audiences.
• Proven track record in sales or business development, with a focus on pitching and closing.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills, capable of hosting seminars for large groups.
