Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Driver to provide efficient transport services for guests and hotel executives, ensuring each ride contributes to a unique experience. You will transfer guests, greet them warmly, and stay knowledgeable about routes and facilities.

The role requires a HK driving license, 5+ years driving experience with a clean record, strong service mindset, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Located in Tsim Sha Tsui, HK.

Qualifications

• Valid Hong Kong driving license (No. 1,2)
• Minimum of 5 years’ driving experience with a clean driving record
• Strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin

Responsibilities

• Transfer guests between designated locations and ensure a pleasant journey
• Greet guests warmly and communicate effectively to enhance their experience
• Maintain knowledge of city routes and hotel facilities to assist guests
• Assist with baggage handling and keep vehicles clean for guest transfers
• Assist in valet parking when not assigned other duties

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Responsible for the transfers of guests from designated locations while ensuring a pleasant journey
• Greeting guests warmly and communicating effectively to enhance their experience
• Maintaining knowledge of city routes and hotel facilities to assist guests
• Helping with baggage handling and maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles used for guest transfers
• Assisting in valet parking when not assigned other duties

What we need from you

• A valid Hong Kong Driving license (No. 1,2)
• A minimum of 5 years’ driving experience with a clean driving recordi
• A great team player with a strong service mindset and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential
