Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Valet Attendant to deliver exceptional first impressions, assist guests with parking and provide local recommendations. You will play a key role in guest service and vehicle handling in a luxury hotel setting.

We value a strong service mindset, teamwork, and fluency in English and Chinese. A valid HK driving license is required, with a courteous and proactive approach to guests and colleagues.

Qualifications

• A holder of valid Hong Kong Driving license (No. 1,2) with clean driving record.
• Relevant work experience is preferred.
• Strong service mindset and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests on arrival and departure to create a strong first impression
• Assist guests with driving, parking and vehicle retrieval safely
• Direct traffic in driveway and parking areas as needed
• Organize and file guest vehicle documents and daily transactions

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Greeting guests upon arrival and departure to build a good first impression
• Assisting guests to drive, park and retrieve vehicles in designated areas safely and following traffic laws in a timely manner
• Directing traffic in driveway and parking area as needed
• Organizing and filing documents regarding guests’ vehicles and daily transactions

What we need from you

• Aholder of valid Hong Kong Driving license (No. 1,2) with clean driving record
