Job summary

Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Driver to provide efficient transport services for guests and hotel executives, ensuring every ride contributes to a unique experience.

Daily duties include transfers, guest greetings, route knowledge, luggage handling, vehicle cleanliness, and assisting in valet parking when not assigned other duties. Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid Hong Kong Driving Licence (No. 1, No. 2) is required.
• Minimum 5 years of driving experience with a clean driving record.
• Must be a great team player with a service mindset and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Responsibilities

• Transfer guests between designated locations, ensuring a pleasant journey.
• Warmly greet guests and communicate effectively to enhance their experience.
• Maintain knowledge of city routes and hotel facilities to assist guests.
• Assist in baggage handling and maintain cleanliness of vehicles used for guest transfers.

A little taste of your day-to-day

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Responsible for the transfers of guests from designated locations while ensuring a pleasant journey
• Greeting guests warmly and communicating effectively to enhance their experience
• Maintaining knowledge of city routes and hotel facilities to assist guests
• Helping with baggage handling and maintaining the cleanliness of vehicles used for guest transfers

What we need from you

• A valid Hong Kong Driving license (No. 1,2)
