Job summary

RG Property Management Limited seeks a Facilities Management Supervisor to lead cleaning and maintenance teams for student and migrant worker dormitories in Kowloon Bay. You will coordinate facility maintenance, manage data, supervise daily operations, and ensure safety and compliance, while developing your team.

Ideal candidates have 5-10 years FM/dormitory operations experience, strong MS Excel skills, and proven leadership ability to coordinate with contractors, residents, and management.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in facilities management or dormitory operations.
• Proficient in MS Excel for records, checklists and data analysis.
• Strong leadership and on-site coordination with contractors and residents.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dormitory facilities maintenance and inspections.
• Lead on-site cleaning and maintenance teams, manage staff scheduling.
• Respond to emergencies and enforce safety and hygiene protocols.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and quality checks.
