Job summary

AXA Hong Kong and Macau is seeking a seasoned professional to support the development and execution of strategic distribution initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth. You will work with cross-functional teams and distribution management to translate strategies into frontline solutions and promote adoption of digital tools.

Qualifications

Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance or a related discipline.
Experience in cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
Experience in digital transformation or deployment of sales enablement platforms is an advantage.
Strong communication and change management skills.

Responsibilities

Translate customer and business initiatives into practical solutions for frontline distribution teams.
Coordinate planning and delivery of distributor-facing digital solutions aligned with processes and journeys.
Develop playbooks, engagement approaches and communication materials for rollout of initiatives.
Drive engagement and change adoption through structured communications, training and activation activities.
Monitor adoption and engagement metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Gather frontline feedback and customer insights to enhance initiatives and experiences.
