We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Clinic Dispenser to join our medical team. In this role, you will work closely with and assist our pharmacist to manage daily clinical dispensing and deliver a highly caring patient experience. A comprehensive training program is provided to all newly recruited members to ensure your success in our clinic operations.
Assist the pharmacist in managing the pharmacy counter and daily clinical operations.
Accurately pack, label, and safely dispense medications under supervision.
Provide excellent customer service, handle basic patient inquiries at the counter, and provide professional health advice.
Support the medical team in rolling out new health and wellness initiatives.
Manage dual-floor clinic inventory logistics and daily stock transfers, ensuring doctor consultation rooms remain adequately equipped at all times.
Assist the pharmacist and Clinic Manager in monitoring daily store and clinic operations.
Perform routine inventory management, including receiving daily orders, monitoring expiry dates (FEFO), and maintaining cold chain temperature records.
Assist with administrative duties, including organizing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining strict compliance logs for the clinic's Wholesale Dealer License (WDL) operations.
Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies, Pharmaceutical Science, Pharmaceutical Dispensing, or a related field.
Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.
Candidates holding an overseas Pharmacist License (unregistered in Hong Kong) or pending the Hong Kong registration exam will be considered favorably.
Highly detail-oriented, independent, and self-motivated with a strong customer-centric mindset.
Ability to effectively manage both physical inventory tasks (like stock transfers) and administrative duties simultaneously.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working collaboratively with the medical team.
Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
