Job summary

Quality HealthCare Medical Services Limited 卓健醫 (QHMS) invites a Clinic Assistant to join our dispensary team. Dispensing experience is required, and the role involves maintaining stock, processing prescriptions, and supporting clinical services.

You will explain dosage to patients, answer questions about services, and help with appointment bookings and patient registration. The candidate should be fluent in English and Cantonese and be a team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist dispensing and maintain dispensary stock and records.
• Explain medicine dosage to patients and answer questions about services.
• Ensure compliance with medical regulations, safety standards, and waste disposal.
• Support appointment booking and patient registration.
• Handle patients' medical records and filing.
• Carry out tasks assigned by Centre In-charge, Doctor-in-charge or Pharmacist Lead.

Job description

Clinic Assistant (Dispensing experience required)

• • Report to the Centre In-charge to maintain and upkeep the dispensary facilities according to demands and expectation
• • Support dispensing services in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures and meet with the Company’s service standards
• • Care of the dispensary: ordering, keeping of stock according to company’s expectation
• • Handle of patients’ medical records and filing accordingly
• • Help the booking of medical appointment and registration of patients

Clinical

• • Explain the dosage of medicine to patients
• • Answer patient enquiries on appointment booking, medical services or contract-related issues

Compliance

• • Ensure full compliance on any regulatory and legal requirements, e.g. medical code of practice, occupational health and safety, clinical wastage disposal etc.

Others

• • Any task as assigned by Centre In-charge, Doctor-in-charge and Pharmacist Lead

Requirements:

• • Minimum 1 year of experience in dispensing with Level 2 / Grade E or above in English Language in HKCEE or DSE respectively
• • Fluent in English and Cantonese
• • Good interpersonal and communication skills
• • Team player and self motivated
• • Fresh graduates are welcome
