Job summary

Virtus Children at 818 Limited operates a paediatric clinic in Central, seeking a dispenser to support daily pharmacy duties. You will assist dispensing, patient counselling, and billing, while ensuring accurate records and smooth inventory control.

We require a Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies or related field, 1–2 years experience, fluent Chinese and English, with Mandarin a plus. Immediate availability is preferred; no night shifts and a 5.5-day workweek are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have a Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies/ Pharmaceutical technology or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of relevant work experience is preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Immediately available is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist in maintaining safe, efficient clinic pharmacy services.
• Assist operation of clinic dispensaries.

Job description

Assist pharmacist in maintaining safe, elective and efficient clinic pharmacy services

Assist the operation of clinic dispensaries

Assist to conduct patient counselling, dispense drugs in an accurate manner, billing, stock refill and other duties assigned

Answer queries from patients regarding prescriptions and drugs

Maintaining full and accurate records of all dispensing transactions

Support inventory control; ensure optimal level of stock; perform stock take, cycle count and expiry check

5.5 working days per week

Requirements:

Higher Diploma in Dispensing Studies/ Pharmaceutical technology or equivalent;

1 to 2 years relevant work experience; an advantage

Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English (Mandarin as an asset)

Immediately available is preferable
