Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver dispensing services in line with policies and service standards.
• Care for the dispensary: stock control and ordering according to company expectations.
• Explain medication dosages to patients and answer enquiries about appointments or contracts.
• Collect payments from clients and manage patient expectations; handle complaints and suggest improvements.
