Hong Kong Urology Clinic Company Limited is seeking a Clinic Assistant to handle patient enquiries, assist with registration and medication dispensing, and support doctors in examinations and minor procedures in a busy clinic.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin, with strong communication and teamwork skills, and proficiency in MS Office and EHR systems. Immediate availability is advantageous.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience (preferred).
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems.

Job Requirements:

• With 2 years of relevant working experience (preferred);
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin;
• Strong sense of responsibility, good work attitude, and ability to work independently;
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skill;
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic health record systems;
• Must be detail-oriented and have a strong commitment to patient care;
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively withteammembers;
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities;
• Have Experience in using Clinic Solution;

Immediate availability is an advantage.
