Job summary

Standard Chartered in Hong Kong seeks a Director for SME Mobile & New Initiatives to lead development and commercialization of the SME SC Mobile banking App and Open Banking API portfolio (IADS) within HK WRB. You will drive a mobile-first customer journey, partner with risk/compliance, and steer cross-functional teams across technology and product to deliver secure, regulated digital banking solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• Customer experience / journey design.
• Project management in digital banking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the SME mobile capabilities roadmap aligned with the WRB strategy.
• Champion a mobile-first approach to customer journeys, product distribution and service delivery.
• Identify and integrate emerging technologies, including AI, for innovation and market-first propositions.
• Maintain Open Banking API and IADS capabilities with HKMA reporting and interbank coordination.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Architecture, Cybersecurity and Risk to ensure secure, compliant mobile platforms.
