Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, or product marketing.
• Experience with proposition development and project management.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and product marketing governance.
• Fluent English and Chinese written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, development, and execution of marketing collateral for product enhancements, launches, promotions, regulatory requirements, and strategic initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, governance.
• Drive internal reviews, consolidate feedback, and propose practical solutions.
• Review and approve customer-facing materials for accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Distribution, Operations, Digital, and Corporate Communications to deliver proposition marketing solutions.
• Manage procurement, budgets, printing, and vendor quality/cost controls.
• Oversee content updates and QA for corporate websites and digital platforms.
• Drive process improvements and provide coaching and quality guidance.
• Represent the team in cross-functional projects and support strategic initiatives.

This is an exciting opportunity to join Manulife’s Proposition Marketing team and take ownership of a broad portfolio of product marketing and strategic business initiatives across Hong Kong and Macau. The role contributes to our mission of making decisions easier and lives better by delivering accurate, compliant, and customer-focused marketing materials and digital content that support business growth and enhance the customer experience. The successful candidate will gain broad exposure to product, regulatory, digital, and distribution priorities while collaborating with stakeholders and cross-functional teams. They will also have the opportunity to shape solutions, improve delivery standards, and further develop their leadership, influencing, and project management capabilities.

Position Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing collateral and communications for product enhancements, revamps, launches, promotions, regulatory requirements, and strategic business initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timelines, priorities, risks, dependencies, stakeholder engagement, and governance.
• Drive internal reviews and approvals, consolidate feedback, and recommend practical solutions to resolve issues.
• Review and approve customer-facing materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, customer clarity, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Product, Compliance, Legal, Distribution, Operations, Digital, and Corporate Communications teams to deliver effective proposition marketing solutions.
• Manage procurement, budgets, printing arrangements, and vendors with appropriate quality and cost controls.
• Oversee content updates and quality assurance for corporate websites and digital platforms.
• Drive process improvements and provide coaching and quality guidance to team members and project contributors.
• Represent the team in cross-functional projects and support other strategic initiatives as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in insurance, financial services, product marketing, proposition development, or project management, with proven ownership of complex initiatives.
• Solid knowledge of insurance products, customer communications, marketing governance, and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
