Job description

We are looking for an insurance professional with strong product, governance, and regulatory experience, who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end.

The Director, Product Delivery & Governance is responsible for providing strategic leadership over product implementation, product governance, Day 2 product management and ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to balance commercial needs with robust risk management and regulatory compliance.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead for the implementation of various product initiatives across the product lifecycle by partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Deliver training and briefing sessions to internal stakeholder if necessary.
  • Ensure delivery capacity, prioritization, and execution are aligned with business growth objectives.
  • Drive execution excellence through disciplined planning, governance, and stakeholder management.
  • Establish and own the enterprise product delivery strategy and operating model. Champion agile and modern delivery practices to improve speed, quality, and predictability.
  • Own the development of user requirements and partners up with IT BA/IT PM to deliver on the system changes to support the delivery of the product initiative
  • Provides insights into product delivery, technology and market trends.
  • Effectively communicates desired outcomes based on the agreed product roadmap·
  • Focus on risk management, work with legal and compliance departments to obtain necessary approvals and support, while ensuring material meets regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications:
