Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Hong Kong) Ltd is seeking a strategic professional to translate priorities into well-governed initiatives and practical enhancements to investment processes and platforms. The role leads end-to-end delivery of optimisation projects and sales initiatives, coordinating cross-functional partners to strengthen frontline support, content distribution and product launches.

Qualifications

Must have strong project management capabilities and track record of delivering process improvements.
Experience with product and process design across sales or wealth management is valued.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.

Responsibilities

Support GCNA Regional Head to drive, coordinate and manage strategic initiatives.
Optimise client and employee investment journeys through data, platforms and processes.
Lead end-to-end delivery of optimisation projects and sales initiatives, with clear success measures.
Coordinate cross-functional partners to strengthen frontline support, content distribution and product launches.
