Standard Chartered Bank in Hong Kong seeks a Senior Manager to turn strategic priorities into well-governed initiatives that streamline investment processes and client journeys. You will lead end-to-end optimisation projects and campaigns, coordinating cross-functional partners to strengthen frontline support and product launches.

This role enables relationship managers and investment advisors to execute sales plans more efficiently, delivering measurable business impact while adhering to risk

Qualifications

• 12 years or more of relevant work experience in financial industry.
• Good understanding of Private Wealth products and systems.
• Strong technology background.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Able to manage multiple stakeholders and teams.
• Languages: English and Cantonese.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic priorities into well-governed initiatives, campaigns and enhancements to investment processes and platforms.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of optimisation projects and sales initiatives, from objectives to benefits realisation.
• Coordinate cross-functional partners to strengthen frontline support, content distribution and product launches.
• Drive issues resolution pertaining to investment processes and platforms and participate in improvement projects.
