Our client is a market-leading organization with over 2,000 employees, currently seeking a Deputy Head of HR to partner closely with the HR leadership team in driving people strategy, organizational effectiveness and HR transformation initiatives.
Description
- Support the Head of Human Resources in leading the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Organization Development and Learning & Development.
- Lead and develop a large HR team across functional pillars, ensuring effective execution of the overall people agenda.
- Drive HR strategy, workforce planning, succession planning and talent management initiatives in alignment with business objectives.
- Partner closely with senior management and business leaders to provide strategic HR advisory support and organizational solutions.
- Oversee annual compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus planning, rewards governance and workforce budgeting.
- Lead organizational development, employee engagement, change management and leadership development initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
- Drive HR transformation, process optimization, digitalization and automation projects to improve efficiency and employee experience.
- Leverage HR analytics and workforce data to support decision-making, identify talent trends and strengthen overall HR governance and performance.
Profile
- Degree holder in HR, commerce or other related disciplines with over 12-15 years' HR experience gained from large-scale organizations with over 1,000 employees. Candidates must have at least 5 years' people management experience leading managers and HR teams.
- Strong Compensation & Benefits background with exposure to salary review, bonus and rewards programs, and a solid understanding of Hong Kong employment legislation and labour regulations.
- Experience across multiple HR disciplines including Talent Acquisition, C&B, HRBP and Learning & Development.
- Proven track record in HR transformation, process improvement and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership and analytical skills with the ability to influence senior management.
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
