Job summary

Rosewood Hotel Group in Hong Kong seeks a Director, Commercial Planning to own end-to-end planning across Sales and Marketing, establishing rhythm, governance and delivery discipline. You will lead annual and seasonal cycles across global, regional and property teams, turning strategy into coordinated activity and ensuring campaigns meet milestones.

A background in luxury hospitality and experience with multi-market programs is required.

Qualifications

Significant experience in commercial planning, marketing operations or campaign delivery.
Owned integrated Sales & Marketing planning processes across multi-market environments.
Understanding of the full marketing funnel, CRM, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end commercial planning across annual, seasonal, and campaign cycles.
Lead governance and a single source of truth for plans, briefs, milestones and risks.
Coordinate cross-functional teams between strategy, creative, channel and delivery.
Build KPI dashboards and executive-ready planning materials for leadership reviews.
Drive operating-model design, capability rollout and workflow improvements.
Influence global, regional and property teams with brand integrity and delivery culture.
