Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts in Hong Kong is seeking an Area Commercial Director for Greater China. You will lead commercial strategy across Mainland China, Hong Kong & Macau, driving revenue growth, market share, and performance in a luxury portfolio.

In this role, you’ll oversee a regional team, partner with corporate functions, and shape pre-opening and opening commercial plans for new properties while ensuring alignment with APAC and global objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Marketing, Revenue, Hospitality Management) preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial leadership experience with multi-hotel teams.
• Excellent English and Chinese Mandarin communication.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for Greater China in alignment with APAC and global priorities.
• Identify growth opportunities and lead market entry or expansion initiatives.
• Deliver revenue, profitability, and market share targets for the region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of commercial directors across multiple markets.
