Job summary

Genesis Partners in Hong Kong is seeking a Director-level professional to lead equity and investor relations advisory for blue‑chip clients across APAC. You will shape IR programs, manage client relationships, and work with senior stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years in IR, equity research, or equity sales, with strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking; familiarity with HK listings and capital markets is a plus. English proficiency mandatory; Chinese a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, or equity sales.
• Strong understanding of capital markets and investor communications.
• Experience advising blue-chip clients in a consulting setting.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Chinese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead client development and new business initiatives across IR, and Equity Research and Advisory services
• Develop and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and stakeholders
• Serve as day-to-day contact for firm's largest clients in local and regional markets
• Manage team leads on client projects and develop IR strategy programs
• Lead on NDR and DRs
• Advise clients on critical issues and financial challenges
• Create innovative communication strategies to drive client growth
