Job summary

Standard Chartered is seeking a seasoned professional for a key role in Trade and Working Capital management in Hong Kong. This role requires a minimum of 10 years in banking, focusing on trade product development and management. Responsibilities include overseeing product P&L, enhancing client propositions, and managing trade digitisation projects. Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years’ relevant banking experience, preferably in corporate banking.
• Proven experience in trade product development and management.
• Strong credit knowledge, including country risk and corporate risk considerations.
• Experience in business case preparation and financial analysis.
• Good understanding of banking systems, processes, and operations.
• Solid documentary trade product knowledge including Letters of Credit.
• Understanding of international rules governing documentary trade.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to develop client value propositions.
• Own the Trade and Working Capital P&L for assigned products.
• Drive end-to-end product performance for revenue growth.
• Develop product enhancements and drive digitalisation initiatives.
• Ensure all assigned product initiatives meet timelines.
