Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in trade finance product management within banking.
• Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
• Familiarity with HK regulatory and compliance requirements.
• CDCS or CSDG certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute documentary trade product strategies (e.g., L/C, Bank Guarantee, Documentary Collection).
• Manage end-to-end product lifecycle, monitor profitability, utilization, and risk; optimize pricing.
• Collaborate with Sales, RM, Risk, Credit, Legal, Operations, and Tech to deliver products.
• Ensure regulatory and internal risk policy compliance; support transaction structuring.
• Drive product adoption and revenue growth across target client segments.
• Identify opportunities and drive rollout of new documentary trade products; cross-sell with Cash and FX.
