Manulife/John Hancock in Hong Kong is seeking a senior strategy professional to develop distribution strategy for Agency, Bancassurance and Brokerage channels. You will analyze the market landscape to identify growth opportunities and design initiatives to capture them while mitigating risks.

You will deliver strategic projects, including solution design, end-to-end deployment and change management, and prepare presentation materials to engage key stakeholders.

Formación

• Top-tier management consulting background preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Experience and expertise in the Hong Kong market.

Required Qualifications:

• Candidate with top-tier management consulting background is highly preferred

• Possess relevant experience and expertise in Hong Kong market
