Job summary

Hong Kong Examinations and Assessment Authority (HKEAA) invites applications for the Digital Workplace and IT Service Management role in its IT Department. The appointee will support Digital Workplace initiatives, ITSM enhancements, and service delivery across a range of platforms including Microsoft 365 and unified communications.

The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in IT/Business/PM, at least five years of relevant experience, and strong ITIL/ISO knowledge, with bilingual

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 5 years of working experience with at least 2 years in Microsoft 365 management, user side technical support and/or IT service management.
• Process knowledge/qualifications in ITIL, PMP and/or CISSP; ISO9000/ISO20000/ISO27001; Windows Client/MacOS, Microsoft 365 and Azure technology.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation, administration, and continuous improvement of Digital Workplace platforms and IT services, including Microsoft 365 and related solutions.
• Coordinate and support user adoption, training, communications, and governance activities.
• Liaise with users, vendors, and technical teams to coordinate solution deployment, troubleshoot issues, and support service delivery.
• Support the review and implementation of ITSM processes in line with ITIL and ISO/IEC 20000 requirements.
• Administer and maintain ITSM tools, workflows, service catalogs, and related documentation, including incident, problem, change, request, and knowledge management.
• Assist in end-to-end IT procurement and contract administration processes and perform full spectrum of office administration functions.
• Prepare service performance reports and assist in continual service improvement, audits, compliance and certification activities.
• Assist in operation and continuous improvement of the IT Service Desk and deskside support services.
