Job summary

Nexus Corporation in Hong Kong is seeking a Business Analyst to drive Change & Transformation initiatives. You will bridge business and technology, define issues, capture requirements, and map processes to deliver practical solutions that align with business goals.

The role supports Agile delivery, backlog management, and collaboration with stakeholders across departments. Fluency in English with Cantonese/Mandarin preferred is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years Business Analysis experience in financial services.
• Strong analytical mindset with structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience in digital or transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira/Confluence.
• Data analysis skills (e.g. SQL) are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Define business problems, scope, and success metrics.
• Gather and document clear, testable requirements.
• Map processes, identify gaps, and recommend practical solutions.
• Facilitate workshops across business and technology stakeholders.
• Support Agile delivery through backlog management and sprint collaboration.
• Drive change impact assessments and business readiness activities.
• Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure quality delivery.
• Enable smooth implementation through documentation and handover.
