Job summary

DBS Bank in Hong Kong invites a skilled Business Analyst to join the Institutional Banking Group. You will drive regulatory, digital transformation, and automation initiatives across IBG, translating business needs into functional specifications and ensuring regulatory alignment.

In this role, you will manage end-to-end approval processes, support HKMA AQV automation, and coordinate UAT with cross-functional teams while collaborating closely with technology and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Finance, CS, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
• Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, and regulatory reporting projects.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools, digital signatures, and automated verification systems.
• Strong data reconciliation knowledge and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Drive and support regulatory, digital transformation, and digitalisation initiatives across IBG.
• Manage end-to-end DBS GPT Agent Approval Process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
• Lead the HKMA AQV Automation initiative implementation and enhancements.
• Oversee GDR reporting reconciliation for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide business and operational support for the DigiSign platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Partner with tech teams to translate needs into specifications and designs.
• Coordinate and execute UAT, including test cases and defect management.
