Qualifications
- Degree in Business, Finance, CS, IT, or related field.
- Proven BA experience in banking/financial services, preferably institutional.
- Experience delivering digital transformation, automation, and regulatory reporting projects.
Responsibilities
- Drive regulatory, digital transformation, and digitalisation initiatives across IBG.
- Manage end-to-end DBS GPT Agent Approval Process for compliance and efficiency.
- Lead HKMA AQV Automation initiative implementation and enhancement.
- Oversee GDR reporting reconciliation for accuracy and regulatory compliance.
- Provide business and operational support for the DigiSign platform.
- Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders.
- Translate needs into functional specs with technology teams and support UAT.
