Job summary

Wemine Limited is seeking an Assistant Manager for Digital Strategy & Client Engagement to lead social content planning, manage key accounts, and drive creative digital campaigns across APAC and China. You will collaborate with top-tier clients from aviation, insurance, law, fintech, hotels, and education, with mentorship from an experienced line manager.

The role requires strong communication, a proactive mindset, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of marketing experience (agency experience is a plus).
• Hands-on experience in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn; bonus for RedNote and WeChat).
• Familiarity with website/app development concepts and marketing platforms.
• Native-level proficiency in both Chinese and English.
• Strong ability to articulate ideas and present strategies clearly.

Responsibilities

• 50% Own the accounts — Manage and grow key accounts, develop and implement creative digital strategies, oversee social content plans for Facebook, Instagram, WeChat, LinkedIn and Twitter, and review Chinese copywriting and editing.
• 20% Lead and coach — Learn and coach junior team members, innovate processes, and help drive the team forward.
• 20% Company growth — Execute marketing initiatives and support business development for Wem Mine.
• 10% Ad hoc — Assist in other projects as needed.
