Job summary

A large, international organisation is looking for a hands-on Change Manager to support a series of business technology transformation initiatives. This role focuses on helping employees adopt new digital tools, improve workflows, and embed data-driven ways of working.

You will work with technology teams, business stakeholders, and regional users to ensure changes are clearly communicated and effectively embedded into daily operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in change management, digital adoption, training, or technology transformation.
• Experience supporting system implementations or digital workplace programmes in a sizeable organisation.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical business users.
• Experience creating change and training deliverables for end users.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver change activities for major digital workplace projects.
• Support the rollout of collaboration, productivity, reporting, automation, and data-related tools.
• Work with business users to understand current ways of working and identify how new technology will improve daily processes.
• Translate system changes into clear user impacts, training needs, communications, and adoption actions.
• Create practical change materials such as user guides, FAQs, training decks, release updates, and quick-reference documents.
• Facilitate workshops, readiness sessions, feedback discussions, and training sessions with users across locations.
• Partner with project, IT, and business teams to align change activities with delivery timelines.
• Build relationships with local champions to support adoption across the organisation.
• Track user engagement, adoption, and feedback after launch, then recommend improvements where needed.
• Help reduce resistance to change by explaining the purpose and benefits of new tools in a clear and user-friendly way.

What we are looking for:

• Around 5+ years of experience in change management, digital adoption, training, business readiness, or technology transformation.
• Experience supporting system implementations or digital workplace programmes in a sizeable organisation.
• Strong understanding of modern workplace tools, collaboration platforms, reporting dashboards, automation tools, or enterprise data platforms.
• Ability to work with both technical teams and non-technical business users.
• Strong communication, writing, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Experience creating change and training deliverables for end users.
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across multiple departments, locations, or time zones.
• Practical, organised, and able to manage several workstreams at the same time.
• Able to translate complex technology changes into simple, business-friendly messages.

Nice to Have:

• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, Power BI, Power Platform, Copilot, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with structured change management approaches such as ADKAR, Prosci, or similar.
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-facing, multi-site, or regional business environments.
• Background in business analysis, training, project coordination, or operational transformation.
• Experience supporting AI, analytics, workflow automation, or data platform adoption.
