Job summary

Cornerstone Global Partners seeks a seasoned Digital Platform Leader to drive platform transformation across fintech products. You will collaborate with Business Product Owner and Technical Lead to shape roadmaps and improvements, informed by data and user feedback.

You will monitor platform performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote agile practices while guiding multi-workstream teams toward user-centric, secure solutions in a dynamic financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/BA or related field.
• 7+ years in digital platform mgmt or fintech product development.
• Strong understanding of financial services platforms, compliance, data privacy, and risk mgmt.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
• Technical proficiency in mobile apps, APIs, cloud, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
• Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).

Key responsibilities

Lead platform innovation and improvement initiatives in collaboration with Business Product Owner and Technical Lead

Analyze platform performance data and user feedback to identify opportunities for enhancement

Partner with product owners and cross-functional teams to define and prioritize platform roadmaps

Ensure platform strategies align with digital transformation goals, technology compliance, and regulatory requirements

Champion agile delivery practices and serve as a facilitator for scrum teams when needed

Monitor platform KPIs and drive continuous improvement through data-driven decision-making

Advocate for user-centric design and accessibility across all digital touchpoints

Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their applicability to platform evolution

Monitor digital platforms and mobile applications to identify performance issues and anomalies

Lead strategic governance and roadmap management, including portfolio oversight, digital platform performance monitoring, KPI co-design with business functions, and reporting to Senior Management

About you

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field

7+ years of experience in digital platform management, product leadership, or fintech product development

Strong understanding of financial services platforms, including compliance, data privacy, and risk management

Proven experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and cross-functional collaboration

Technical proficiency in mobile application development, APIs, cloud platforms, data analytics, and cybersecurity principles

Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience working in a scaled agile environment or with multiple workstreams

Experience in monitoring digital platforms and mobile applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience

Strong strategic, data analysis and project/program management skills, with the ability to manage conflict and navigate tough negotiations

Financial acumen and familiarity with insurance or banking industry

Fluent English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) communication skills
