Job summary

Iprospect Hong Kong is seeking a digital performance marketer to manage campaigns across Search, Display and Social and to maximize ROI. You will analyze data, generate actionable insights, and present results to clients from our Hong Kong office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above, with 1-2 years' experience in digital performance marketing (Search, Display, Social)
• Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage
• Strong understanding of Performance Marketing / eCommerce
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, or programmatic tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail
• Good client-facing and communication skills
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
