Visa is seeking a high-performing Digital Sales Representative to drive revenue growth across Greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan). The role targets new business through banks, fintechs, and payment partners, creating scalable sales motions and strategic collaborations.

You will uncover opportunities, lead partnerships, and develop growth playbooks that shape digital payments across markets. Visa emphasizes in-office presence with at least four days in the office.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of sales, business development, consulting, banking, fintech, or payments experience.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue and growth targets.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive Revenue Growth: develop and manage a pipeline across China, HK, and Taiwan.
• Build Strategic Client Relationships: engage decision-makers and position Visa as growth partner.
• Create Scalable Sales Plays: identify trends and develop repeatable growth models.
• Lead Territory Strategy: develop country/territory plans and prioritize opportunities.
• Collaborate Across Visa: work with Country Managers, Product, Marketing, and Success teams.
