Job summary

Gain City Group of Companies is seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Lead to oversee paid media strategies across social, search, video, and display. You will drive campaigns for new audience segments including group buy initiatives, collaborating with marketing and ecommerce teams to grow followers and engagement.

You’ll analyze performance, optimize ROAS, and guide junior staff while staying ahead of social trends. Strong English communication and quick adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related discipline.
• 3-5 years of experience in performance marketing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong multitasking.
• Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

Responsibilities

• Oversee promotional campaigns KPIs on social media, ensuring KPIs are achieved within budget.
• Track conversions for campaigns and optimize for leads or sales.
• Build reports using internal data and optimize lead acquisition.
• Develop and execute campaigns across FB, IG, TikTok and other platforms.
