Job summary

Richemont seeks a Digital Acceleration Lead in Hong Kong to identify and drive high-impact digital opportunities across the Asian ecosystem. You will lead initiatives from concept through deployment, coordinating business and technology teams, and ensuring adoption and measurable value.

The role requires strong PM and Agile experience, deep market insight in luxury/retail, and the ability to deliver across complex stakeholder landscapes. The position is based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading business-facing digital initiatives from opportunity identification through deployment and adoption.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of consumer needs in retail, luxury or consumer environments.
• Experience with Asian digital ecosystems (WeChat, LINE, Kakao) and hands-on project work.
• PM certifications and Agile methodologies are a plus.
• Curious about innovation with judgment to identify what’s relevant for the business.

• Define project scope, timelines and resources; manage execution within budget.
• Build partnerships across business and technology teams; engage stakeholders and manage communication.
• Identify and mitigate risks; address challenges to ensure successful delivery.

• Provide regular progress updates and translate digital topics into clear messages for stakeholders.
• Solve project-related challenges using analytical thinking and stay close to evolving consumer behaviors and market innovations.
• Track outcomes and benefits to realize value for the business.
